Bottega di LungaVita : Natural Products from Italy

I`m a shopaholic and can frequently be found in malls and markets trying to explore what`s new out there.

During one such trip of mine I discovered an Italian skincare brand recently launched in India. Its called Bottea di LungaVita, a brand that offers a wide range of products for regular skincare, anti-ageing, skin-whitening, sun care, mom & baby, men, aromatherapy, bath & shower, and others.

The brand is 30 years old and the products are made from all natural ingredients with a chemical-free formula using traditional and modern extracting methods. They are slightly higher in prices as compared to the skin care products available in our local stores, yet the prices are not as high as other European Skin care brands like Clarins and Avene and the like.

I had not heard of this brand before so was inspired to do some research.

I googled the brand and I found out that the brand`s standout points were the quality of its formulas, the excellence of its production and its particular concern for the efficacy and skin compatibility.

The products were highly specialized for example its Vita-Age Micellar Cleansing Solution is effective in removing water-resistant make up, dust and pollution as it guarantees excellent ocular and cutaneous tolerance. Whether it is cleansing the face in the morning or removing make-up at the end of the day, Bottega Di Lungavita’s Micellar Water is the ideal solution for any skin related issues.

Bottega Di Lungavita is a brand for those who appreciate natural benefits received by the use of products of a superior quality and make.

So after reading such good things about the brand I made a mental note that the next time I visit the store I am definitely going to pick out a few products myself. Don`t ask me why I didn’t buy anything at that time. I seriously repent it.

I was given some samples to try out along with the literature which I read pretty seriously coz I am the sorts who gets pleased by reading the product descriptions written on pamphlets and at the back of the tubes n jars ... :)

As soon as I reached home after a heavy day of Malling, I figured it was a good occasion to try out the products.

I washed my face and applied the Linfa-Age Facial Mask. Firstly, the creamy white product smelled like a floral bouquet of delicate white flowers ...such a Delicate European Smell ...I was just flabbergasted and it dawned on me that the products seemed to be of real good quality just like I had read.

At that very instant I was angry at myself for not having bought a few skin care products for myself ...Will have to wait for my next trip to the mall. So needless to say after having applied the facial mask for around 10 minutes, when I removed it my skin felt really really soft and hydrated.

Then came the turn for the Bagno Doccia Pesca (Peach) Bath and Shower Gel ... As soon as I opened the sachet the light green liquid smelled like a garden full of peaches .... and I am not exaggerating ... the smell was like that of the sweetest poached peaches being cooked in an Italian Kitchen ... My shower was mesmerizing and my skin was uuuber soft after it. I was in Looooove ...with the brand already...

After a refreshing shower, was the turn to apply the Notti Veneziane Crema Corpo or Body Cream...another wonder ... non-oily, quick absorbent, silkening effect on skin and the smell is clearly European, somewhat like a powdery French perfume. I have been gifted French made soaps in the past by a friend and the body cream smelled just like those.

So all in all I was really happy with the products I tired and I would recommend you guys to go try out them for yourselves.

I feel you all will be very much pleased just like I was. If any of you have tried them please share your experiences here as I would love to know about them.

Meanwhile, I am eagerly waiting for my next visit to the Bottega di LungaVita store !
