PACKAGING:
The ONE IlluSkin Powder comes in a plastic purple colored flip open case. It has a stirdy lock and there are no chances that the lid could open while its inside a handbag.
It has a mirror and powder puff (applicator) inside along with the product tray.
A transparent plastic sheet is placed on the product so that the powder puff can rest over it and doesn`t transfer the oil from the face onto the product. The sheet also helps in the product getting contaminated from the used powder puff.
The powder puff applicator is one sided with a very soft cottony feel to it. It easily picks up the product and is extremely soft on the skin. The other side of the applicator is purple in color having a leathery consistency with an embossing on it which says 'THE ONE' . The compact is very light weight and quite uummmm ...compact :) Its is very travel-friendly and can fit into the smallest of purses I feel.

THE PRODUCT:
The ONE IlluSkin powders come in three different shades. The basic Light, Medium and Dark for fair, wheatish and darker skin tones respectively.
The powders have an SPF 12 in them which is great coz any amount of SPF in skincare and makeup products is a must these days.
The consistency of the powder is extremely soft, smooth and velvetty. It seems like a very finely milled powder. It gives a matte finish to the face. It doesn`t cake on the skin and lasts upto 7 to 8 hours. I felt a need to retouch it only after a good 8 hours had passed by which is quite phenomenal.
The powder can be used to absorb excess oil from the oily areas of the face, use as a setting product after foundation application or can even be applied to get an even skintone.
The feel of the IlluSkin Powder is not at all heavy and clogging.
It also has a mild flowery fragrance like any other compact does.
Overall I was quite happy to try out these supersoft and satiny face powders and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone else looking for a great quality and handy face compact. Since these are made for all skin types, it couldn`t be easier picking one up for yourself !
